2. STORAGE SERVICES AND STORAGE AGREEMENT

If there is a conflict between this website policy and a signed storage agreement, the applicable storage agreement will control with respect to the rental and use of the storage space.

Nothing on this website changes the terms of an executed storage agreement unless expressly agreed to in writing by Zupa Storage.

3. PAYMENTS

If you cancel before the rental period begins, any refund will be handled according to the cancellation terms communicated to you at the time of booking or contained in your storage agreement.

4.2 Security Deposits Any security deposit will be handled according to the applicable storage agreement and applicable law.

A security deposit is not automatically considered a prepaid rental payment.

4.3 Promotional Offers Promotional pricing, discounts, special offers, introductory rates, and other promotions may have additional terms and may be subject to different cancellation or refund conditions.

Those terms will be disclosed when the promotion is offered.

4.4 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact Zupa Storage promptly.

We will investigate legitimate billing errors and, where appropriate, issue a correction or refund.
